I’m Marina, born in 1999, the creative mind and soul behind Diadema. ⚜️

My story with fashion began as early as I can remember. Walking past shop windows with my mother, I would stop, spellbound. I studied languages for tourism and explored different paths, but there was always a little voice inside drawing me towards my greatest passion.

I love my region, the bonds between people, craftsmanship and the search for beautiful fabrics. My vision is not shaped by passing trends, but by a deep search for meaning, beauty and authenticity. To me, creating is more than designing an accessory: it means giving shape to an emotion, holding on to a spark of light, and offering every woman and girl a way to express her individuality with elegance.

In the Verona area, in San Martino Buon Albergo where I live, I personally select fine fabrics from outstanding producers across northern Italy. From special cotton muslins to silk, jacquard and Toile de Jouy, I transform them by hand into little works of textile craftsmanship. Every headband has a name, a soul and a story, designed to bring beauty to both everyday life and special occasions.

I chose to turn difficult chapters in my personal life into the strength and light I needed to build this project. I wanted to bring the craftsmanship of Made in Italy together with a vision of quiet luxury: intimate and independent.
